In her late twenties, Eden made the courageous decision to leave the cult, taking with her only her two young children and an unwavering hope for a better life. Facing an unfamiliar world with no support system, she turned to the one thing she knew—singing. She began performing in upscale restaurants in São Paulo, Brazil, learning mainstream songs to connect with audiences and pay the bills.
When her musical trio disbanded, Eden felt a pull to start anew. She moved to Wenatchee, a small town in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. The contrast from the bustling city life of São Paulo to the serene landscapes of Wenatchee offered her a sanctuary.
